Did you mean draft 28? Or do we need another bug for that? I guess meanwhile I'll dupe the other "draft28" bugs here since y'all are the right people to assign them to in any case.

No, I didn't mean -28. This CL updates to -26.

I don't currently intend to update NSS to -28 at all, as there are no technical changes above those in -26. Rather, we'll probably just jump straight from -23 to the RFC version
