I think i have the same issue:
I tried creating a new Firefox Account but the mail with the link to vertify somehow bounced...
When i try to login to my account i get the message that my account is locked and that the mail was send back and was not received
Than it says i should tell "us" so "we can help fix the issue" this leads me to the help-site
Than it offers me to make a new account with a diffrent mail or just go back
In the end i am locked out of the Firefox sync acc i just created 2 min ago because the mail somehow bounced but i cant send another mail or do anything
Its not a big problem, i obviously had no data to lose, but i really would like to use that mail for my Firefoxacc and not any other.
I don´t know how to reproduce it, the mail just bounced maybe
I do not have an mail server myself, i don´t think the provider is the problem...
brand new account and the email bounced but is fix and now working why is it so hard to get another confirmation email out ?
will never get google accounts if the firefox is this damn hard to use..
how can I reset the account, I have the email, it works.
