Attached file DxDiag.txt
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0
Build ID: 20180315233128

Steps to reproduce:

Open Firefox
Do a google search ( I have only one tab open )

Actual results:

Everytime I open Firefox in Windows, it starts a task which consumes 100% CPU.
I can end that specific task, and Firefox will run correctly and the CPU consumption normalizes.

Expected results:

Dont use the whole CPU.
I couldn't reproduce this issue on

User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0

There are other similar other CPU usage issues reported on Google search page. Rolling this to bug 1218169 to get more traction on this issue.
