In the page at http://member.ira.org.tw, there should have some input area on
the left frame. In Mozilla, the left frame was empty, and no any input area on
the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  It should have some input area on the left frame, but in
Mozilla, the left frame was empty.

Expected Results:  Display it correctly.

Seems to be an IE6- optimated page, works only with IE6, similar problems in
mozilla, NN4.7, OPERA6

Yup, that's an IE-only page.  Had to giggle at this:
