iPad Pro 12.9" - iOS 10.3 * Use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+T to open a new tab. Expected: The URL bar is focused in the new tab. Actual: The URL bar is not focused. Note: This issue is not reproducible on iOS 11.2.6.
