We only have 2 locales on maple at the moment. This staging release failed[1] because it was looking for the it locale. Rail suggested to restrict the job to en-US, for now.

This approach looks correct to me. I'm not familiar enough with mozharness to be use it works. Should we also modify the `dev_*_release.py` files?

It worked on my laptop :)

Also, we don't dev*release* configs for bouncer for some reason.
