User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1. switch firefox for android (58.0.2) to `desktop mode` and goto https://twitter.com/ItsaMeBlank/status/975746327140360193/photo/1 2. tap+hold on the "gif" (actually an mp4) and choose Save... Actual results: No context menu appears if using desktop mode. (WORKAROUND is to use mobile mode) Expected results: A context menu should appear when tap+hold on the image

ignore the User AGent"
(In reply to codywohlers from comment #1) Ignore the User Agent that was automatically added to my ticket. This problem is on Firefox 58 for Android
This is not a Fennec-specific problem - Firefox on desktop or Chrome for Android behave the same way when viewing the desktop page. This is because Twitter's desktop page uses a video player that overrides the default context menu handling, while the mobile page uses the default UI provided by the browser. Now on Desktop you can use Shift + right click to override this (although some pages will attempt to block this, too), but I'm afraid finding some appropriate interaction that works for touch input might be somewhat more tricky (two-finger long press anyone??).
