This regression was introduced by bug 1402064.

Should have caught this sooner, but its fixed easily enough. Patch incoming after a full TPS run finishes.

Note that this changes the TPS python code, and so you'll need to update your TPS virtual-env after this patch lands, or the addon tests will continue to fail.
