Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/news
From Firefox pulldown menu, check Request desktop site


Actual results:

Microsoft account icon is improperly placed (see bottom screen shot from beta 60.0).


Expected results:

Icon should have been placed as at top screen shot (from stable 59.0.1). Note also Microsoft header is different color, but I don't necessarily consider this a bug.

I am usibg Verizon Ellipsis 10 tablet, Android 5.1.

I was able to repro the issue on the above builds.
