This is updated release for Firefox Rocket v1.1

I'll attach the release APK to this bug. We need to sign them with the release keys and upload them to Google Play.

Note: Max (:maliu) now has the permission to upload but we still need RelEng to help on signing. 

Target signing date is Mar-21

Also we'll upload this apk to GitHub release

Hi Sylvestre,

Once this apk is signed, could you help to push to Google Play, in OPEN BETA?
Max who has the permission just went on PTO earlier today.

What's new for the release as below:

(ENGLISH)
- Quick access to favorite sites with “Add to Home Screen” feature
- Improvements for reliability

(Indonesian)
- Akses cepat ke situs favorit dengan fitur “Tambah ke layar utama”
- Peningkatan keandalan

I have the following warning in Google play:

Users that have the APK with version code 2333 may need to accept the com.android.launcher.permission.INSTALL_SHORTCUT permission, which may result in them not upgrading to this version of the app.

Right. The "add to homescreen" feature addressed in what's new causes the permission added.
For Open Beta I think the audience are more willing to try even given a permission change.
Will be good to add more descriptions when we put it to production? NI to Joe.
