RC 11.0 (9713)
1. Go to the History panel => Recently Closed.
2. Long press on a link to open the context menu.
Result: The context menu viewport is too small.
This is reproducible in all home panels but it's more visible in "Recently Closed".

This caused a regression in Bug 1448003.
Reverted on master:
