Details

The graph on https://perfht.ml/2ByeAcr is white instead of blue. This is a very recent regression.
It looks the same as in non-WR Nightly for me (Debian Testing, KDE, Radeon RX480).
Could this be a dupe of bug 1447245 (which was made visible by bug 1411481)?
This bug no longer occurs, so I think you're right and this is just a different manifestation of bug 1447245.
