Looks like bug 1441376 fixed the problem and we haven't had any failure since March 22 [0].
Should we close this bug?

No, TV was orange on your push for the 'fix' for 1441376, see:

TV only runs tests that change. So because nothing else has touched the test, it hasn't been run, and there's no more stars - but if you made a whitespace-only change to the test, TV would be orange again.

All this to say, it looks like your changes in bug 1441376 didn't really fix the TV failure (or not completely, anyway).

Perhaps you can reproduce the issue by running the test with the --verify commandline argument for ./mach mochitest locally?
