1447899 - Can't sign-up / login via my LDAP credentials

I'm trying to login / sign-up on mozillians.org to actually create a new profile but I continue to run into server errors.

STR:

* I don't have a mozillians.org account
* I click "Log In / Sign Up" on the homepage
* I get redirected to https://mozillians.org/oidc/authenticate/?next=/en-US/login/ which redirects to auth.mozilla.org
* I enter my credentials 
* I get redirected to https://mozillians.org/oidc/callback/?code=somecode and receive a "We're Sorry, but Something Went Wrong!" error

The email I'm using is [e-mail]

I can log in just fine into other Mozilla services with these credentials.

Hey Chris -- I talked a little bit with the folks in #participationsystems on Slack and they are recommending trying to set this up in a private browsing window. Could you give that a go and let us know what happens?

I see the last login for cgrebs in April (after filing this bug). Also there is a Mozillians profile now:
