In the inspector and network monitor sidebar which uses the Tab Bar component, we currently make the tabs in the <nav> all stretch to fit the space of the <nav>. We want to remove that so it looks more like the mockups at the bottom of https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/Z3F7OGCTK#/screens/284159829

I have reproduced this issue using Firefox 61.0a1 (2018.03.23) on Ubuntu 14.04 x64. I can confirm this issue is fixed, I verified using Firefox 61.0b10 on Win 10 x64, Ubuntu 14.04 x64 and Mac OS X 10.13.
