User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180323221725
Steps to reproduce:
To reproduce (Windows 10):
1) Make sure Nighlty is closed
2) Use WinKey+R (or Start Button right-click->Run) to open the Run Dialog.
3) Enter a url (ie. https://www.google.com) and press Enter.
Actual results:
Nightly opens a fullscreen blank window in the back (with no control box or any other control), and a secondary (not maximized) window with the URL entered.
Expected results:
Nightly should open the entered URL in a window. The window must have the same status (maximized or restored) that he last time.
No fullscreen blank window should appear in the back.

Also, if you close the opened window, the blank window will not close.
If you use Process Explorer (or other similar tool) you'll see that all the Nightly processes are running.
The only way to close the blank window, is to kill the Nightly main process (and all its childs).
