Steps to reproduce:
automatically updated FF Desktop to 59,
graphics fail to display in some websites like eBay,
downgraded to 58, everything OK.
maybe is a problem with Temp folder or both.
Actual results:
59 is incompatible with Win8.1x64
Nvidia 391.01
gtx 1060 6GB
Expected results:
Nothing.

In my opinion this bug is the same as bug 1447818 or bug 1447559.
audioprof2002@hotmail.com, would you check https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1447559#c3 and confirm ?
