Build: Nightly 61.0a1 (2018-03-26);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create/login with an account. Important: don't save the password.
2. Go to Manage account page (Settings>Sync>tap on the account name).
3. Tap Delete and re-enter the password to confirm.

Expected result:
Account deleted, without asking to save the password.

Actual result:
An empty password management doorhanger is displayed when deleting an account.
