Right now the code at [1] which records the WR state to the app notes runs in the parent process and the content processes, but not in the GPU process. I see crash reports from the GPU process have WR+ now, e.g. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/085c6445-e05b-442d-9d50-55f4e0180403
