Created user 'tprince'/[e-mail] as member of releng group in duo.
Applied puppet to mdc1/mdc2/scl3 jumphosts to create the user account.
Triggered sending of duo email invite to [e-mail]

Please activate a device with Duo (Duo will have sent you an invitation/activation email), and then test connecting to the jumphosts (https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/IT/Releng+JumpHosts).
