I've removed the hard-coded port for the control server already, now it dynamically chooses a free port. About ports for raptor tests, this doesn't apply for tp6 type of pageload tests because the test URL is the actual real URL (but it's rendered via mitmproxy playback). It will apply for the benchmark type of tests though i.e. speedometer because they use a localhost:port/ URL and not mitmproxy.
This is solved in the patch in Bug 1460741 implementing the first raptor benchmark (speedometer).
