STR: 1. Enable gfx.webrender.all 2. Visit https://www.cnet.com/news/firefox-privacy-extension-keeps-facebook-from-tracking-you-on-the-web/ 3. Observe the black rectangle over the "called Firefox Container" link. Hovering over it will make the link appear properly, but a black rectangle appears in the next paragraph over the link "Facebook gets more than just". See attached screenshot for what I see on macOS.

I keep seeing this in other cnet pages as well and I notice it is always the second link visible in the article (e.g. https://www.cnet.com/news/mozilla-open-source-firefox-move-helped-rewrite-tech-rules-anniversary/).
