I never received bugmail for the comment pulsebot made at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1447890#c8 I don't know what other bugmail I did not receive....

In the interim, for you peace of mind use the “updated since last visit” may help. Please report other examples of missing emails here.
That is “updated since last visited” on MyDashboard.
My "updated since last visited" is ... pretty long. I did try to skim it and don't see obvious missing things, but I could easily have missed something there.
Have you noticed any other missing mail? Everything seems fine from our side, and I'm going to be adding more analytics to email sending. That's about the best I can do at the moment.
