It is also begining from RC1. I think it's due to some synchronization problem.
Most of the times the tables are ok. Test some protal site.

Build is RC2 on Windows.

When this page is first loaded, two flash plugins appear in the wrong place and
then move to the correct place.

Looks very strange.

this seems to load correctly now - maybe they changed the page, but I can not
repro the error. tested with 20020702 branch bits and Shockwave Flash 6.0 r29
