Would it be possible to host Mozilla skins in Mozilla or Netscape servers? These same themes would soon be in Netscape's Theme Park anyway, so it would be better to have one download location for both Mozilla and Netscape users. XUL is now frozen, so it's safe to assume that Mozilla and Netscape will soon have the same set of themes to choose from.
Since this bug was filed a lot of changes have occured. Deskmod and mozdev now provide more than adequate hosting. And it has become evident that Netscape themes are not necessarily identical to Mozilla skins. Marking invalid.
