Visiting http://arewesmoothyet.com/?mode=none with webrender enabled displays a dark blue rectangle outside the main box as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
Interestingly, Firefox screenshots doesn't record this artifact when taking a screenshot. I used Grab to get attachment 8963267 [details].
This seems now fixed.

(I think the original Mac bug report in bug 1472455 comment 0 might have been the same.
But according to bug 1472455 comment 10 the Mac issue seems to be gone.)
