Details

HP Omnibook 5700 (166/96Mb) NT 4.0 sp3 running 1999092112.

Clicking on the header/titlebar for a sidebar panel causes the panel to
open.

For example, close all panels but bookmarks (can't close it presently) and
Flashes, then click n drag the following titlebar (Tinderbox in this case) down
to make the Flashes panel larger.  On button release, the Tinderbox panel opens
when it should stay closed since I haven't clicked the collapse/expand button
for the panel.

I see this too. Sounds like a box bug. The drag is expanding the wrong panel
(box).

Reassigning to evaughan.

P.S. You can close the bookmarks now.

Sidebar panels are splitter and this is the current behavior of splitters. So I
will take this as a feature request.
