Steps to reproduce:

Attempted 3 times to download file which was a google doc file not a word file. Checked that ghostery was not blocking anything (it wasnt)


Actual results:

clicking on download opened a new window which was blank. 


Expected results:

file should have downloaded

I can not reproduce this issue on my machine  	Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0

I downloaded Ghostery and attempted to download a google doc file which was successful.

Are you still experiencing this issue?  If yes, please do the following:

- try using Firefox in Safe Mode
- Check if you have the following pref enabled:  Settings -> Tabs -> "Open links in tabs instead of new windows" (and change it to see if it makes a difference)
- Check if there are any reported errors in the Web Console or the Browser Console

If so, please report back
