Steps to reproduce:
Updated to the newest nightly
Actual results:
Tabs are rendered incorrectly; the current tab is not highlighted, and the text is the same color as the background
Expected results:
Tabs render normally.

normally, I have WebRender turned on, this is a rendering with it on

... however, to ensure webrender wasn't the issue, i turned it off, and got this result, which is still incorrect

Ugh, sorry, it turns out I forgot I had installed a theme, the bug is in it, not firefox. Sorry for the noise :(
