1.Launch Nightly 61.0a1 with a new profile
2.Open https://www.axis-praxis.org/specimens/compressa
3.Set Font " Winner Regular" for "text-2" from the right corner (please see the attached screenshot)
4.Select all text from "text-2" area using the mouse
[Expected results]:
Selected text should be highlighted and well displayed (visible)
[Actual results]:
Selected text is highlighted but is overlapped

I think this is a DirectWrite bug specifically affecting the Winner font. Trying the Winner sample on axis-praxis and moving the sliders around, you'll see that the positioning of the glyphs varies -- when they should just be changing weight or width, they actually move up/down as well so that they're placed far off the expected baseline.
This only occurs with the Winner font, only on Windows; and I see the same glyph-positioning issues with it in MS Edge; therefore, I conclude that it's a bug in DirectWrite's handling of the variation axes in that specific font.

My contact at Microsoft believes that the problem with DirectWrite's rendering here is actually the result of a font bug.
