1.) Switch to Dark Theme
2.) Focus the Address Bar
Actual: Address Bar outline is shining through the Blue Focus ring. That looks strange. It is also noticeable in Lightweight Theme.
Expected: The Blue Focus Ring should cover the outline.
This seems to be a recent regression.
Seems fixed in latest Nightly.
