Details

Sitting at the login page causes 60fps. There's animation running that's not visible.
Deleting the animation solves the problem.
Is the bug here that we're redrawing even though the animation is not visible?

We paint this page at 60fps on truck today. So the only remaining problem is general high cpu usage on 60fps.
I can't reproduce this anymore. Perhaps the page changed.
