I wasn't able to reproduce this in a mozregression session using a clone of my main profile, and I couldn't reproduce this after updating to the latest 3/30 nightly :/

mozregression points the finger at bug 1448841. My STR are to visit facebook.com and move the move rapidly between the left menu and the main feed content. The menu at the top of the page will flicker in and out of existence.
