May be related to bug 142700, but when selecting a message composed with outlook
stationary, I can't file the message using either the file button or the context
menu file. I click on the file button, and it drops down, but after that I can't
get my individual mail accounts to have their folders expand.

This is just part of Mail UI freeze due to bug 98626.

Work around: keep clicking on each subsequent submenu, instead of just hovering.
