With event categories being able to be enabled selectively, it's not straightforward to understand when a client *could* have sent us a particular event because it's enabled but did not due to that event never firing, vs a client not having the event enabled at all. The proposed solution is to record which event categories are enabled (and at what level now that summaries are going to be a thing) in the main ping. Off the top of my head, I'd suggest "environment/event_categories".
Sounds like something we can take care of in the "events" ping
