User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Build ID: 20180323154952 Steps to reproduce: Was OK until last day or two. Today "reply to all" has quit including me,which it used to do. Tried to find a setting or option (in Tbird settings or account settings), no good. Did google search, found lots of stuff from 2012 and before. None worked for present Tbird. Some wanted to be included, some wanted not to be, both asked for an option. The suggestions I found asked me to use things that present Tbird does not have. Actual results: I could not find anything that applied, in Mozilla help or anywhere online. Expected results: When I use "Reply All" , I want to be included in the To: list. That did happen until the last couple of days. Since some people don't want to be included (see all the old comments) it would be good to make this an option, but just putting it back would be fine for me. Some of the old messages told how to arrange to send yourself a CC:, but it should be To: so that others can do a Reply All and include me.
(original poster) I updated to TBird 52.7.0 to see if that made a difference. No such luck. I also checked to see exactly when it last worked right(for me, i.e. including self), and it was a few weeks ago. I had not noticed the change until this morning. So when I said "did happen until the last couple of days" I was wrong about when it broke.

If this changed, it was either an addon or it is by design.
