I'm not sure how an Sqlite.jsm connection would integrate with the vacuum manager today, or if we need to vacuum the mirror at all, but it's something to think about.
that's a good question, this db may grow and shrink a lot. We should probably have telemetry about its size first, like we do for places.sqlite and favicons.sqlite
