Details |
Certain "floating" elements seem to be flashing on the screen: see the attached video, which uses this url: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-04-02/apple-is-said-to-plan-move-from-intel-to-own-mac-chips-from-2020
I also see this behavior in the compose window in gmail, on the "Send" button's bottom toolbar.
Running 61.0a1 (2018-04-02) on macOS.

I don't see this in 60.0b15 – note that I'm not running 61 Nightly anymore.
