After stylo, FontFaceSet::LogMessage may not get the stylesheet of a @font-face rule if the page hasn't visited that rule via CSSOM.

After bug 1449087, however, it is even worse that, it would never be able to figure out what the stylesheet is.

We should find an approach to have it correctly report the stylesheet url.
