In my last build, I reported that a pop-up menu would show up on the scrollbar
when I held my mouse on it, they have sort of fixed that, but there's still a
small square that appears.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mail
2.hold down mouse on scrollbar
3.

Actual Results:  a small square with the same colour as a pop-up menu came

Expected Results:  it shouldn't have shown the square
dupe of bug 74688.
