[Affected versions]:
Nightly 61.0a1

[Affected Platforms]:
Ubuntu 16.04 x64, Windows 10 x64, Windows 7 x64,Mac 10.12

[Prerequisites]:
- Have the latest try build 61.0a1 from (2018-03-27) installed.
- Accessibility is enabled and accessibility tab is opened

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Click on right/left arrows from 'Role' area to expand 

[Expected result]:
The items should be expended without any loading spinner.

[Actual result]:
The loading spinner is displayed on some of the items. Please note that this issue is displayed once on the first time.(Please see the attached screen cast).

This is intentional. On pages that have tons of elements fetching children can take a bit of time.
