Only XPCWN Xrays have an implementation of resolveNativeProperty that does anything.

This can't land without bug 1053271, so the review isn't urgent. With the removal of XPCWN Xrays all of the resolveNativeProperty implementations either crash or do nothing. This is a small incremental step before we can remove XrayWrapper<Base, Traits>::getPropertyDescriptor.
