STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install any add-on and wait for it to notify you about its update
2. Open the toolbar menu to read the yellow warning

EXPECTED RESULTS
- Text will be truncated but will appear in a tooltip on hover

ACTUAL RESULTS
- No tooltip, no way to read full text

One day, we'll come up with a reusable way to only do this for toolbarbuttons with visible labels where we can detect that the label is cropped. Maybe post-death-of-xbl. In the meantime, I guess this'll do...
