Could you check the pxeboot/tftp configuration set up in infoblox for all of the mdc2 releng vlans?

I looked at mdc1's config versus mdc2 and it looks like it is missing in mdc2 (mdc1: https://screenshots.firefox.com/1HDXdKU3bzz1jSZd/infoblox1.private.scl3.mozilla.com vs mdc2: https://screenshots.firefox.com/fEeGPG8XmPERqhKl/infoblox1.private.scl3.mozilla.com). But I don't know if I looked in the right places.

I was checking for test.releng.mdc2 specifically.

You should have the access to configure your networks as necessary. Let me know if that is not the case.

I set defaults on the 10.51.0.0 network container that should match the MDC2 environment. This should get you going
