Steps to reproduce:

Go to baidu.com, 登录(Login), 用户名登录(Use Login and Password), enter your login/password or enter my email: [e-mail] and any password, click 登录(Login), in the box of confirmation code there is nothing: https://screenshots.firefox.com/nqBVgzYaEmgBlrhT/www.baidu.com and clicking on 换一张(Change image) almost always does nothing, but sometimes end up showing image.


Actual results:

Confirmation code image did not loaded.


Expected results:

Confirmation image to load properly.


P.S. In Chrome everything fine.

I couldn't reproduce this issue on following:

User Agent 	Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

User Agent 	Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0

I do see confirmation code image as expected.

Please retest this issue with safe mode and fresh profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles). Let us know your finding.
