Reproducible: always on certain site. Steps To Reproduce(most reliable but 1/3 probability): 1. Open https://support.amd.com/ja-jp 2. Wait for the tab load animation to finish 3. Mouse hover over "プロセッサー" in black header menu 4. Move mouse to red bar 5.
