Right now the Term page (https://pontoon.mozilla.org/terms/) is for newly registered users. However, if the terms have changed, there is no way to prompt users to check on the update.
Need to introduce a new flow to get to the Term page:
- When the term page is updated, the page itself, or the docs linked through the Term page, there should be a way to trigger existing users when they visit Pontoon, either through login session or with a message alert if the user is already logged in.
- Add "Accept" button in the dialog or pop-up window.
- Without clicking Accept button, user can't proceed to the next task.
Ideally we would like to track if users click on the CPG link, rather than just the Term page. Is it possible to implement the flow at this level?
