Very unusual… have you only seen it once? Can you try again? I'm wondering if this was a temporary issue due to a layout regression e.g. stylo?

I'm not getting offers around credit cards at all in my browser anymore, so I can't verify. Hopefully it was a one time thing.

Is credit card autofill disabled in privacy preferences or is the card in question already saved? It won't prompt if it's already saved. Also, make sure you test with a long enough CC fake number as it won't prompt otherwise.

I was able to get the dialog and it is not cut off anymore (I made sure it was the same version that had the Sync checkbox).

Note that visually there is a difference between old and new.

Currently, we don't have the image before the card number anymore and it's not italicized.

No idea if that made a difference.
