Repro:
1. open browser window
2. open JS Console
3. press Ctrl+Q
Actual:
All browser windows close, but _not responding_ JS Console still appear. (I have
to kill Mozilla to close JS console).
Expected:
All Mozilla windows should close.

wfm using 2002051422 on Solaris 8.
What do you mean by "not responding"?

Not responding means hang - application window is present, but it's dead. There
isn't any response for your commands and actions, futhermore you can't close it.
