Steps to reproduce:

1. Use Firefox for Android with a bluetooh keyboard.
2. Press "Ctrl +" and "Ctrl -".


Actual results:

Nothing


Expected results:

The page should be scaled up or down, respecitively.
The scaling should work like it does on desktop Firefox, not simply zoom in/out like the touch interface does.
We are keeping one bug open for keyboard related issues. If when that is resolved fixed and if that change does not fix this bug, this bug can be reopened.
